It includes:
■ Coordination “on the day”.
■ Up to 2 meetings about 2-3 weeks before the big day to discuss wedding plans and get an idea of the bride & groom’s expectations.
■ Unlimited phone calls (with reasonable use).
■ Detailed timeline crafting after confirmation of your wedding day schedule.
■ List of all suppliers and their details.
■ Contact all suppliers a week before the wedding to confirm timeline.
■ Supervise and coordinate suppliers on the day of the wedding, making sure everything runs smoothly from the start.
■ Dress the reception room if necessary.
■ Put the finishing touches to decorations and place stationery on tables.
■ Assist photographer to ensure bridal couple gets photographs they desire.
■ Direct wedding party and the couple as necessary.
■ Deal with guests questions/concerns on the day.
■ Oversee flow of reception (speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc) and cue for important moments
    (garter toss, bouquet toss, etc).
■ Distribute final payments and/or tips to suppliers, if necessary.

Extras:
■ Supervise clean up and gathering of items at the end of the night so bridal party/caterer can pick it up ready the next day.
■ Travel expenses if the wedding ceremony/venue if more than 20 miles from the coordinator’s home.
■ Extra staff for large weddings.

■ Wedding day early greeting at the bride’s house/groom’s house with champagne & cupcakes, helping with make up/hair appointment
