SAMPLES & PROOFS:
Samples are only for personal use and cannot be used for reproduction from yourself or a third party.
Samples: The 1st sample is free, others are charged the chosen stationery price.
Cost of samples will be deducted once you place your stationery order with

Proofs: Emailed pdf proofs are free of charge.
The first 2 solid proofs sent to you by mail are free of charge, further ones will be charged the chosen stationery price.
Once your final proof has been agreed and we start production of your stationery, any alteration will be charged full price. It is the client’s responsibility to review the final proof;
Thanda Creations is not responsible for any errors after the final proof has been approved and signed off.

PAYMENT:
3 CHOICES:
Payment Plan 1: 50% deposit at the start and the 50% balance just before delivery.
(ex: total £250 £125 deposit £125 balance)

Payment Plan 2: 50% deposit at the start and then monthly payments until just before the delivery date.
(ex: total £500 £250 deposit £50 monthly payment for 5 months)

Payment Plan 3: 100% if you place your order 6 weeks before the required delivery date.

Thanda Creations requires 50% deposit with the signed order form.

Depending on the Payment Plan chosen, we will send you an invoice to remind you of your balance, and a final invoice will be sent 2 weeks before delivery.
Thanda Creations will only dispatch your stationery once your final payment has been received and cleared.
In the case where it is a late order (less than 6 weeks before delivery), full payment is due when your order is placed.
In the event of choosing Payment Plan 2, an invoice will be sent every month.

DELIVERY COST:
All Deliveries include insurance.

UK:
up to 2Kg £10.00 per delivery
over 2Kg £20.00 per delivery

If you live in or around Surrey, there is a possiblility of a FREE delivery.
Pick up is also available.

Once dispatched, your stationery should be with you within 2 working days. A signature will be required for all deliveries, so please ensure someone is at the chosen delivery address.

REFUND:
It is always our intention for you to be totally satisfied with your stationery.
In the unlikely event you feel your stationery does not match the final proof you signed, you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving the order and Thanda Creations will work quickly into rectifying the problem.

RETURNS:
All our products are made to order, and therefore we regret no return/refund can be made once your proof has been received and the production started, unless Thanda Creations agrees to it, see refund for more

PRODUCT/DESIGN:
Each item is carefully handcrafted; our stationery is as unique as the person that made it, therefore no 2 items are identical.
Colour & design may vary slightly, especially with handmade paper.
We will ensure your stationery is of the highest quality and is as near to your original signed proofs as possible.

DATA PROTECTION:
Thanda Creations will not divulge your personal details to any third party.

DESIGN CREDIT:
Thanda Creations will include a small unobtrusive credit, printed on the back of all stationery, when possible. It will be kept to a minimum size, the same colour as your stationery and will not interfere with the overall look of your stationery.

All designs and photos are the property of Thanda Creations LTD; challenges to, or breaches of it will be vigorously pursued.
You may not reproduce any of our products in whole or part.
