WHAT WE OFFER

SAVE THE DATE

Sending a "save the date" card, means your busy guests will be able to keep D Day available to attend your wedding. It really is up to you as to when to send these cards, it can be as soon as you set your wedding date, Thanda Creations recommends about 6 to 8 months before D Date. Save the dates are very popular with: Bride & Groom getting married abroad.

Family and friends leaving overseas.
Popular date weddings (bank holiday weekend, summer holiday., Christmas time...)

INVITATIONS

Unless you send a "save the date" card, your invitation will be the first taste of what your wedding is going to offer. Before ordering your wedding invitations, you should have a good vision of your wedding: colour theme, style etc. Thanda Creations can help you with that, just visit our Bespoke section. You should send your invitations 8 to 10 weeks before D Day or 6 to 8 weeks if you sent a "save the date" card; just give about 4 weeks for your guests to reply and check when your caterer/venue needs a final number of guests.

RSVP

People can be forgetful if not a little lazy in replying to your invitation. Reply cards will allow your guests to respond faster. Usually the bride will stamp the envelope, so there is no excuse for guests not to send their RSVP card promptly. RSVP cards are also a good way to keep count of your guests attendance.

At the back of them, you can also add comments or questions. For my Wedding, I asked my guest to name their favourite song at the back of my RSVP cards, and my husband to be and I added most of them onto our DJ's list.

RSVP cards are also a good way to ask if your guests have any food allergies or are vegetarian etc. They should be sent with your invitations.

PLACE CARDS

Unless you have a very informal wedding, or arranged to have a beautiful picnic style reception, we recommend Place cards, otherwise you might end up with guys on one side and girls on the other side, then again it might be what you want!

Place cards allow you to create what you think is the best setting for your wedding, place whoever you want wherever you want. It also helps your guests find their seat quickly and easily.

TABLE PLAN

Thanda Creations specializes in beautiful, unique table plans. Situated at the entrance of your reception room, it will help your guests find their table with ease, and let them know who they are sitting next to. Our table plan is also a beautiful keepsake for you or your parents.

MENUS

Let your guests know what they are going to have, some people even include drink menus. You can order a couple of menu per table or 1 per guest. It should match the theme / colour of the day.

THANK YOU

They should be sent as soon as you receive a gift if the person is not attending your wedding. For your wedding guests, "Thank you" cards should be sent no later than a month after the wedding. Some write them on their honeymoon, some let their parents write them. They can be ordered blank of with a pre-written message.
